Our representatives clearly explain the nature of the messages they will receive, which include automation reports, updates, and notifications related to their service requests.
The client is informed that they will receive messages to the phone number they have provided. They are explicitly asked if they agree to receive these messages, and their verbal confirmation is recorded in our system along with the date and time of consent.
Clients are also informed about their rights to stop receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages. They can request assistance by replying “HELP.” This verbal consent process ensures that they fully understand and agree to the terms of receiving SMS communications from our service.
